It's been noticed that the following features and content on the QA site should really be removed /disabled as they are no longer current:

1. The course 'New design for activity cards' (Activities are no longer in cards)
2. The Chat section in the course 'Activity examples' as Chat will be removed in 5.0 (4.6)
3. The Survey section in the course 'Activity examples' as Survey will be removed in 5.0 (4.6)
4. The Chat and Survey modules should be disabled from https://qa.moodledemo.net/admin/modules.php
