Request for new plugin set: UNIMOODLE group.

Hi there,

I would like to request two plugin sets for our related plugins, as follows.

Set Name => UNIMOODLE Gradebook Tools

Set Description =>

This set contains plugins which allowsTools for the Moodle gradebook to make it easier for teachers to use. 
It contains a wizard to generate classic evaluation patterns and tools to obtain more useful grade listings.

These plugins are part of a broader set of plugins developed by UNIMOODLE consortium (https://unimoodle.github.io/index.html).
