Moodle Plugin API Access

      Just now I tried to re-generate the API key under:

      1. https://moodle.org/plugins/
      2. Navigation
      3. Plugins
      4. API Access

      Error 1: Here I can see a missing image for the link.

      Then, I can see a message "No API access token found" in blue. When I press the button "Generate new token", I can see an error message in red: "Call to undefined function external_generate_token_for_current_user()".
