https://download.moodle.org/langpack/ redirects now to https://docs.moodle.org/401/en/Language_packs while it should redirect to https://download.moodle.org/langpack/4.1 (the latest download folder for language packs).

This bug causes the top navigation on https://lang.moodle.org to go wrong. Now there are two links to the documentation. Translation is the one we want, since the whole site is about translation.

While in the top menu: there is a link missing to the translation interface, which is the main reason of existence of the site. I suggest to add a top navigation link to https://lang.moodle.org/local/amos/ . Since the new navigation in place, it is nearly impossible to reach, once you're somewhere else on https://lang.moodle.org
