As we finish off work on the PHP 8.1 epic, and start to pick up the PHP 8.2 epic, it would be a good idea to start running some of the moodle-local_ci tasks against a yet-to-be-supported version of PHP.

For example, once MDL-76439 lands, we should start to run the php linter for PHP 8.2 so that we can detect future regressions which we have already addressed.

I dare say that we can also start to run phpcompat for PHP 8.2, and phpcs... and then look for new violations week to week.
