There's an issue with the Bugcrowd form interacting with our JS, an error gets thrown because Require JS doesn't like anonymous define() functions. The result is that it prevents JS running which is supposed to resize the iframe, so the bottom of the form is cut off

As a consequence, users cannot send reports.
Additionally, the form was duplicated on the page. Mick removed the form JS from the page, and the form is not duplicated anymore. After removing the JS, why is the form displayed yet?
