BBB requests that their plugin is enabled in Moodle's demo site

      _I noticed that the BigBlueButton plugin disappeared from Moodle's demo site:
      https://school.moodledemo.net/course/view.php?id=59

      In 4.0.1 the plugin needs to be manually enabled. Can you get it enabled again on the Moodle demo site?
