As reported by fox in the discussion On Moodle.org forums, the "Useful " links include forum description, not useful, when forum posts are rated as useful, if you click the link to open the ratings window, the ratings are displayed together with the forum name and description.

This problem has occurred since the upgrade to 4.0.
