To drive further awareness for the Moodle 4.0 release we should make some updates to the main page:

Main banner image carousel changes

• Update the first image of the banner so it shows a nice image for Moodle 4.0 (that should link through to https://moodle.com/moodle-4/)
  • The 'tab' text should say "Moodle 4.0 is here!"
• Update the second image of the banner (need to work with mkt for the image, but we want to get rid of the clouds). Additionally:
  • Show the video larger (pointing to https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLxcO_MFWQBDcI0BezfCOW8QRfJw6FblRn )
  • Update the 'tab' text to: "Experience Moodle 4.0"
  • Maintain the links to the new features and demo pages
• Third tab: can we give this a plain white background? The existing textured look feels dated.
• Can we change the font of the text on the images to at least remove the shadow?
  • We will also have to tweak the text/sentences to match the new images

Announcements & Latest news block (moved to MDLSITE-6668)

• Update the title of the "Announcements" feed to "Moodle Community news"
• Update the title of the "Latest news" feed to "Moodle HQ news"

Heading colours (throughout the site --> see MDLSITE-6595)

• Current headings throughout Moodle.org use the "burnt orange" colour. Let's try updating it to the dark blue colour we have in headings on moodle.com. We'd want to see this on the staging site to see if this is a positive change.
