When I tried to install a 3.10 plugin on 3.10 environment, I can't.. Moodle shows this site as a 3.1 environment:

I have this 3.10 environment (got this with all 3.10 sites actually):

I click under plugins on "install Plugin":

then I click this button:

and when i'm on the moodle plugin page, I can't install the plugin because Moodle thinks it's a 3.1 site:

can you look into this, as our processes of installing plugins on our customers sites depends on this
