Since some time ago the iTeam has been thinking about to add a new "Waiting for feedback" status to the MDL workflow so:

• When the issue is under "Integration in progress" and any feedback is required.
• The issue is moved to "Waiting for feedback" status.
• The assignee can provide the information / changes requested
• The issue is moved back to "Integration in progress"

Plus (not strictly part of this issue):

• Some automation (by CiBoT) will ping in the issue after some time without any feedback, ultimately proceeding to reopen the issue unless somebody says something.

To be used by integrators (pull-reviewers) and assignees exclusively.

DONE:

• The new "Waiting for feedback" status has been created.
• A new transition "Ask for feedback" has been added, enabling integrators to move issues from "Integration in process".
• A new transition "Feedback provided" has been added, enabling integrators and assignee to move issues to "Integration in process".

TODO (this issue):

• Create a new transition, enabling integrators to reopen issues.
• Review which filters need to be aware of this status.
• Review which automatisms need to be aware of this status.
• Detect where this new status needs to be documented and do it.
• Share about it.

FUTURE (another issue):

• MDLSITE-6612 : Discuss, decide and implement the expected behaviors for this status (timing, notifications, automatisms...)
