Right now an issue can be closed when it's in one of these:

• Open
• Reopened
• Dev in progress
• Waiting for integration

So, there isn't any possibility to close them when the issue is under peer-review and the user has to start peer-review, reopen it... and then close it.

So it would be good to also have that transition available on:

• Waiting for peer-review

(it's similar to the Waiting for integration one)
