The Moodle UI component library is available from all moodle sites that have it enabled. If a user wants to see the public version of this library they can navigate to:

https://componentlibrary.moodle.com

This hosts a simple Moodle site with a few modifications

No login required, so the component library access checks are commented out
The homepage auto-redirects to the component library

The Moodle instance is running on the latest master branch and should out-update regularly.
After updating it needs to re-generate the component library pages running `grunt componentlibrary`
