Compiling CSS from SCSS sources takes some time and it has been identified as a source of some performance and site availability troubles we are experiencing on sites like moodle.org.

I have good experience with using sassc binary as an alternative to PHP native compiler, and Moodle has support for it.

Can we have sassc (https://github.com/sass/sassc) binary added to the base image of all the sites where we run Moodle sites on please.
