Forum experimental nested view missing 'report to moderator' feature

      On moodle.org, I'm using the experimental nested view in the community forums, where I noticed the 'Report to moderator' link isn't displayed. The other, more traditional ones work as expected, but this one feature is missing (or poorly documented).
