I was not sure about where to put this... but this is not the first time that some scheduled tasks / cli scripts in codebase are discovered not to be working only after release. Thanks to moodle.org usually they are discovered quick... but we don't run everything there.

So this is about to try to cover those executions, not sure if automated, with QA(s) or what, but it's a very basic tests to perform (ignoring if they are working ok, that's not the goal of this issue).
