I have several reports (and I also confirm) that attempting to log in to research.moodle.net generates an error:

The page isn’t redirecting properly

An error occurred during a connection to research.moodle.net.

This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies.

I am not blocking any cookies.

This makes it impossible to add new entries to the research database.
