On the Moodle.org forums the last poster with date / time is listed for a post, however when you click on the link to go to the post the date / time is different by quite a few hours.

So in the attached DT1.png the date / time is 'Thu, Mar 28, 2019, 2:35 AM', but in the actual post dt2.png it is 'Thursday, March 28, 2019, 9:59 PM'.  Thus a difference and also a different day format.

Therefore it looks like MDL-63892 did not actually solve the problem!
