Get QA testing site ready for 3.6 QA cycle

      1. Disable hourly and daily syncs
      2. Backup current qamaster
      3. Delete qamaster and recreate using the most recent backup - Apr 2018? (to be confirmed)
      4. Upgrade qamaster to latest 3.6dev
      5. Add or change data on the site as required
      6. Re-enable the sync scripts
      7. Create a backup of qamaster at start of QA cycle (for use when getting the site ready for the 3.7 QA cycle)
