As noticed this morning on demo.moodle.net

Log in as admin and click Courses>Manage courses and categories

You will get the error Can not find data record in database table course_categories.

The same error is seen when you go to https://demo.moodle.net/course/index.php

I looked twice this morning to see if the sync had affected it but the error messages were there at two different hours.
