It was detected by markn, that CiBoT was having some problems, looking to its logs there was this:

Info: Pushing precheck branch to remote

Connection closed by 34.210.133.53

fatal: Could not read from remote repository.

Please make sure you have the correct access rights

and the repository exists.

I've confirmed that disabling that push, CiBoT is back to work.

Then tried connecting via web to https://git.in.moodle.com/users/sign_in, i order to verify if it was a configuration mistake our side... but really it seems that the server is not working ok. I'm getting all the time, trying ldap login:

"Could not authenticate you from Ldapmain because "Connection reset by peer - ssl connect"

So, something is not working ok there, preventing access... ciao

UPDATE: -It also seems that emails from Tracker have stopped working some hours ago. I got last one here 3.5h ago (08:00 EU / 14:00 AU), nothing since then... and I've some hourly subscriptions active...-

UPDATE2: With some hours of delay, I've started receiving mails. So they were generated but, for some reason not sent or whatever. Just in case that helps. Removing previous update.
