When I submit a version of a plugin that contains a thirdpartylibs.xml, the prechecker runs the grunt task. This may result in new paths added to .eslintignore / .stylelintignore (but not in plugin root, but in Moodle core root). As a result, the prechecker complains about "Uncommitted changes" in these files, although contributors would never be able to commit such a change.
