Add possibility to specify separate email for 'emailalert'
Add new subscription to comm news (also with optional separate email)

Also I shuffled some code around and fixed other minor things.

I noticed that we call "unsubscribe" instead of "delete subscription" . In my opinion this is incorrect, when somebody is "unsubscribed" they can never be added to the list again. So if somebody changes adminemail back and forth they unsubscribe forever and can't re-subscribe
