TeX rendering no longer working in the docs wikis

      In the past, we had the MediaWiki TeX plugin installed and working on the docs wiki, so the equations on pages like https://docs.moodle.org/dev/Quiz_statistics_calculations could be more easily read.

      Please could it be made to work again? Thanks.
