During last two monthes i reciveve strange moodle.org forum notifications. Reply-to name is strange.

Loking trough mail archive, this started on 20.05.2016
As far as my language is set to russian, a should recieve this string in russian.
I think threre's some bug in digest send routine, that takes reply-to string not for current user,
but for first or last user in send list or in smtp-session.
