I have some variations about the subject and sender information with my daily digest emails.

Sometimes, I can read the subject "courriel quotidien", sometimes with "*Spam*" mention
And about the sender, sometimes it's "Moodle.org", or in russian and spanish language...

For exemple :
I'm French and English community forums user (not Spanish neither Russian...)
But today I received my digest with subject in spanish language, yesterday in english and sunday in russian language
