Display plugin usage stats per Moodle version

      As suggested by timhunt at https://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=323763#p1315461

      It would be really useful if the plugins stats could show which version of Moodle people are using the plugin with. Does the raw data contain that? I am currently trying to work out if it is important for STACK to continue to support Moodle 2.7, but I don't know.

      I can confirm we are able to dig out and present those data and I like the suggestion.
