Under continuous integrations there are some issues (those having mdlqa, or any having the "must fix for x.y" version) getting priority handling over normal order.

Till now we are handling them with separate filters/searches.

This is about to automate the process by continuously looking to all the non-prioritised issues under integration (pending or current) and, if they match any of the criteria above, raise their integration priority, so the normal ordering will be fine for them.
