We use commit sha based urls for cibot codechecker reports already (aware of the limitations – potentially being garbage collected) - but I think that we could add a 'persistent' diff url to the general cibot output because people tend to like them. (Note we already have the patchset url, but we don't have a good viewer for that patch). It makes it easier to see the history of changes
