Currently there are 169 countries with either an invalid or missing country code. This was discovered while investigating MDLSITE-4081. The immediate fix for that was quite simple so this issue is being raised to do the less simple data clean up.

Two parts:

1) Is the registration service actually rejecting invalid or missing country codes? To send one someone would have to tinker with the client side html but we should still validate the data we receive.

2) What do we do with sites that have an invalid or missing country codes? Set them all to Australia? Not sure what else to suggest... A handful of them have something in the geolocation column but most do not.
