As reported in MDL-50109, in Plugins traffic the most recently replied to post is displayed first, rather than the expected most recent blog post.

Testing

1. Go to https://next.moodle.org/mod/forum/view.php?id=8149
2. Reply to some older post
3. Edit some older post (if you have rights to do so)
4. TEST: Go back to https://next.moodle.org/mod/forum/view.php?id=8149 and make sure the posts are still displayed in reverse chronological order

Notes: When viewing particular post (via discuss.php), the prev/next navigation links above the post will still use the d.timemodified ordering. This is yet to be fixed (unless we call it a feature).
