Tracker's theme needs updating now that Jira has been updated

      • If you hover over the create issue button, it almost disappears because it becomes white text on a greyish white background.
      • Also, for the same reason all the arrows from the drop down menus are nearly invisible which makes it unclear that they are dropdown menus which may confuse people who are new to the tracker.
