Error when attempting to delete large number of courses

      When attempting to delete the Learn Moodle practice courses, I obtained a timeout error and then a 'Coding error detected' as reported previously in MDLSITE-3663 but I kept trying and moved the courses to another category 'For deletion' https://learn.moodle.net/course/management.php?categoryid=4 where I now get the error message 'Found more than one record in fetch() !'
