Reported by a participant on Learn Moodle - the Week 2 COLLES survey once done by a student does not display the summary png.

As a teacher I can see the summary but when I switch my role to student I see only a placeholder. However, the Week 1 ATTL survey which is here https://learn.moodle.net/mod/survey/view.php?id=28074 does appear to correctly display the summary when you have done it.

I'm wondering if this is something simple we might have missed? andyjdavis or poltawski (The survey settings seem to be the same for both)

(I'm going to try surveys on a different site and with the standard Clean theme to see if it is just Learn Moodle or elsewhere.)
