Product logo required for Google OAuth consent screen

      When accessing the Picasa or Google drive repository on moodle.org, school.demo.moodle.net or qa.moodle.net, the consent screen is missing a logo e.g. the Moodle 'M' (see attached image).

      We need to provide a URL to the image. Previously it was http://moodle.org/theme/moodleofficial/pix/about.gif but this is no longer working.
