New group in gitlab for archiving purposes

      Can we please have a new group called "archive" or so where we could move things that are no longer maintained, used etc.

      Alternatively I'm ok with other naming/organisation used but I thought a new group for it might work best.

      p.s. we might want to have git.in.moodle.org component here in the tracker
