When adding issues to this Tracker, there is no option under Component/s* to set certificates.moodle.com

Given this is a required field, we should add certificates.moodle.com please

Trying to manually add this results in message:
Component with id 'certificates.moodle.com/' does not exist.

As we will be upgrading this site, and giving Moodle Certificates an overhaul during the next few months we really need option this for effective logging and tracking of issues.
