Versions and More options drop downs not working in Chrome on Win 8 touch screen

      It is not possible to select a different version or to access history etc from 'more options' when using the latest version of Chrome on a Win 8 touch screen PC.
      Firefox and IE behave correctly, and a the drop downs work fine on Chrome on regular Win 8 (not touch screen) laptop.
