Rather than adding more blog feeds to Planet Moodle, it seems that the best solution is to use Moodle's social media channels - Facebook, Twitter, Google+ - to promote blogs about Moodle, and to close Planet Moodle.

Another possibility for the future is to set up a Moodle magazine highlighting particular blog posts.
