its better to reference updated plugins and new plugins separately and filter the number of posts from that.

(1) first off we need to clone that (perhaps dougiamas) and make a copy of that pipe owned by moodlehq so poltawski feels less risk on his holidays. this needs to be updated in local_moodleorg too.

(2) remove the combined feed and replace in the pipe 2 new sources -
