Forum post subjects missing in nested form

      Although the removal of forum post subjects was a design decision, it seems there are various problems with it:

      • Discussion title is missing when following a link e.g. https://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=242992#p1054660
      • If a poster changes the subject of their reply it is not displayed. The site policy encourages people to add [Solved] to the subject line of their post, thus it seems important to display it.
