      Message from Anthony Borrow:

Helen - Something for consideration with the Modules and Plugins. Is there currently a way to distinguish or mark a project or contribution as "dead" (i.e. no one is maintaining or developing it further). What brought this to my attention is the Attendance-Chart module does not seem to have anyone who is actively supporting it (and at least one frustrated user). I would be curious for your thoughts (and Martin's) on how best to handle such things and perhaps how to "advertise" that a plugin or block is open for someone to take some leadership on. Having some rough ideas for a "policy" might be helpful as we look toward managing the blocks, plugins and patches. Peace - Anthony
