Right now, there are 2 constants used to determine if the branch is new enough:

• 15d, soft limit, a warning is sent in the review.
• 60d, hard limit, an error is sent and the issue is not reviewed.

More yet, in Xmas, the 15d soft limit seems to be a bit small and right now (January 9th) all the issues being checked are based on December 24th commit, so surely moving it to, say, 20 days, will prevent that happening again. Note Xmas is the only period where we may not produce git updates for > 15d.
