Right now, once an issue has been pre-checked, it's marked with the "ci" label, and it won't be picked for pre-checking ever (for the awaiting_peer_review and awaiting_integration criteria).

It would be handy to, periodically, look for all the issues which status has changed back to "work in progress" (aka, reopened, under development...) having the "ci" label removing it.

That way, the next time they are sent to peer-review or integration, the pre-checker will re-examine them.
