We need an instance of Airnotifier in order to test the new PUSH feature for Moodle Mobile app

The code of Airnotifier can be retrieved from here (please, be sure that you are retreiving the code tfor the branch named moodle)

This can be placed in a virtual machine with low resources initially, it's just a test installation.
The server must has full access to Internet and be able also to allow connections to the port used during installation (80, 8080 , 8081 or whatever)
