Cannot upload a file to moodle.org forum post

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Create a simple text file test.txt, contents "This is test.txt."
      2. Start writing a forum post on moodle.org.
      3. Type "This is a link" and select it.
      4. Click the make link button.
      5. Click the button to upload a file.
      6. Select to upload test.txt, and press the upload button.
