We need a nice "Install now" button that can be used in various contexts around Moodle Plugins.

It can be purely graphical, no words ... we can put words on the alt-text. Perhaps around 30 or 40 pixels wide?

It needs to communicate that you are not just downloading the file, but that you are about to install the file, much like the process of installing an app on iTunes.

It will appear on every plugin listed in places like this:

https://moodle.org/plugins (recent activity, scroll down)
https://moodle.org/plugins/view.php?plugin=mod_dialogue (somewhere near the download stuff, but separate, needs work in general)
https://moodle.org/plugins/pluginversions.php?plugin=mod_dialogue (all of those)
