Enable brief forum descriptions to be shown on the Using Moodle course page

      We currently have the option of showing different text in a forum introduction and posting intro using:

      <div class="normal-intro">...</div>
      <div class="posting-intro">...</div>

      It would be good to be able to show different text again (a single sentence describing the forum) on the course page in a similar way, perhaps using

      <div class="coursepage-intro">...</div>
