The download.moodle.org/index.php page is, right now, semiautomated, so it dynamically shows some information but each time one release is performed, or new branch is created or some version changes of support level it requires manual editing.

The idea is to control the generation of that page and its sections in an automated way.

The initial idea is to use some "manifest" file defining the branches, status, to be shown and, based on that, build the page automatically.
