Once all the previous subtasks have been completed, this is about to delete all the old scripts, not used anymore, from /opt/bin.

Surely they will go to /opt/bin/old to avoid losing them in case of error. After some time (at least 2 major release cycles, aka 1 year), they may be safely deleted.
